룸 업그레이드도 해주시고 방에서 보는 오션 뷰도 너무 좋고 위치도 좋고 가족끼리 잘 쉬다 갑니다~!
방에 실내화가 없는게 아쉬워요!

사실 여기묵기전 숙소가 아난티 빌라쥬드였는데 실망하지 않을까 하고.들어갔지만 이게 웬일. . 탁트인 바다전망과 깨끗한 시설에 걱정을 싹날려버림 인근에 스위첸도 가봤지만 거긴 생숙이고 여긴 리조트라 서비스나 시설이 훨씬좋은듯 ㅋ 아이들도 대만족 ! 재방문.백퍼

호텔과 아파트가 같이 있다보니,주차장 출구표시
가 동호수와 같이 out이라고 작게 써있어,나이든
사람이 매번 출구를 못찾아 주차장에서 헤맸답니다.
룸컨디션도 좋고 지은지 얼마 안되어서,모든게
깨끗해서 좋았습니다
더구나 맥주와,안주,드립커피도 준비되어 있어
서 더욱 좋았던것같아요

새로 지어서 시설 자체는 깨끗했으나 위치가 너무 별로였고 서비스가 좋지 않았다. 위치는 공사판과 빈 상가들 사이에 혼자 달랑 있어 접근성이 좋지 않았고 그렇다고 조용한 시골 바닷가도 아니었다. 그냥 아무것도 없는 허허벌판 신도시의 오피스텔 느낌. 도착하자마자 솔직히 조금 놀랐다.
수영장은 작지만 물이 따뜻하고 깔끔한 느낌이라 나쁘지 않았다. 아이들이 많았고 시간제한이 있다고 쓰여있는데 내부에 시계가 설치되어 있으면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었다.
객실은 오피스텔 느낌이었다. 비교적 깔끔하고 바닥이 카페트가 아닌 점은 좋았다.
서비스는 조금 당황스러웠는데 오전 11시 이전에 청소를 요청하는 시스템이어서 11시 이전에 청소요청을 확실하게 했고 혹시몰라 중간에 확인전화까지 했는데도 청소가 되어있지 않았다. 내부적으로 서로 전달이 안되어 누락되었다고 해서 5~6시쯤에라도 청소해달라 요청했더니 그때 여사님들 퇴근하신다는 답이 돌아와 당황스러웠다. 결국 어찌어찌 뒤늦게 클리닝을 했지만 유쾌한 경험은 아니었고 새로생긴 곳인만큼 메뉴얼이나 체계가 없는 느낌이었다.
이 숙소를 잡은 것이 여행 중 가장 후회되는 일이었다. 접근성 휴양 서비스 모든걸 다 놓친 기분. 한 5~10년 뒤에 주변이 개발이 되면 나아질듯 하다.
