GGuest UserThe receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.

GGuest UserLocation is great! Literally in front of the bus station. The check in process is very smooth. The receptionists can speak english. So no communication barrier here. The reception is at 10th floor and our room is on another level. Breakfast is provided but we don’t have time to grab the breakfast as we full with our itinerary. The bed is comfortable and water heater is a good condition. Water heater is in every floor. The room is small and really like a room with bed and toilet. Since we are busy with our itineraries and coming back to hotel just to sleep so the space is a no problem to us. I would recommend you guys to stay here as it is at the centre if you want to go to Blueline Sky, Gwangalli Beach, Haeundae area. BIFF square and Jagalchi market is walking distance. Other than that, if you guys want to shopping in Olive Young I recommend you to shopping here instead to go to other store in Seoul. Less people and not crowded compared in centre.

GGuest UserCheck-in is at 5 PM. If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay 10,000 won. I went at 3 PM but couldn't check in without paying the 10,000 won. Check-out is at 11 AM. I tried to check out at the kiosk, but the machine was broken, so I had to go to an office in another building to check out. The service was 'um' (this 'um' is different from the previous one). The window doesn't open.
