New good apart hotel at nice Songjeong beach, surfing place. Located close to Haedong Yonggungsa temple, Lotte world and Lotte premium outlet and malls.

This is absolutely a budget friendly hotel with an astonishing sea view from 13th floor. Liked the way they recieved with a technical car parking. Pretty secured.
However, the bad part is even if they are e authority of the hotel , they are not supposed to get access to

10mins to train station.
There is washing machine in the room which was surprised me .

Overall, the items provided seemed clean, but the area under the bed was not cleaned. When I opened the window, trash and snack bags thrown away by previous guests were rolling around the room, so I felt like I had to clean under the bed. I understand that the hotel does not provide razors. (I understand this is for suicide prevention) I couldn't watch TV because the TV didn't have external input.
However, I worked quietly, and although the view of the sea was a bit far away, the ocean view was nice. It was a 5-minute walk to the sea, and there were many fish cake restaurants, convenience stores, and snack shops along the way, which was nice.
