I had a great stay here. The room was larger than I expected and it gave me an experience on how to live in a serviced apartment. It only takes less than 2 minutes walk to Seomyeon Station (Line1) and there are a lot of great restaurants in the area.

The location is great. Just 1 min walk from Exit12 and so near to most tour pick up. The bed was terrible. Under a layer of bedsheets is the full plastic cover, so uncomfortable and noisy. We didn't have much good sleep in the last 5 nights. Caught 2 bugs not sure what that is, but very shocked as the room looks clean and new. The contactless service was only good if you just access it with standard requests. Any other questions were not really answered or resolved. We want to book the cleaning service, but we're out for a tour during their office hour. I can't request it while out, it's so inconvenient. There is a washer and no dryer function, the laundry has to hang out to dry for a day or two. Overall, we will not come back to this hotel at all in the future.

the stay is located very conveniently, walkable distance to food and subway!
the staff is also very responsive to us when the water heater doesn’t work one of the nights.
there is laundry detergent and ample towels provided during our stay. will stay here again if visiting Busan!

The booking process was easy. The self check-in process was smooth. The location is excellent- very central and strategically located near to public transportation access. The room facilities is fairly equipped with all the basic amenities. Overall, it met our expectations. Thank you.

Небольшие апартаменты рядом с метро и большим рынком. Апартаменты были на 16 этаже, из окна красивый вид на гору. Есть всё необходимое, чтобы остановиться на несколько дней. Непосредственно через дорогу расположен огромный рынок.
В день заселения на электронную почту (нужно её заранее подтвердить на сайте по ссылке из письма от urbanstay) присылают номер комнаты и код доступа. У нас всё сработало как надо.
Нам очень понравилось, рекомендуем!

住宿地點離西門站12號出口搭電梯，或是走西門地下街2號出口樓梯上來就能看到了emart 24旁邊就是入口。在2F自行寄放行李非常方便。第一次住在20樓，雖然房間靠近出入口，但不會覺得吵，整體上整潔，電視一開始沒有訊號，告知後員工立刻就來處理了，非常有效率。雖附有晾衣架但有點小，兩個人的衣服有點不夠放。除了浴室有點小，洗完澡進出不太方便，整體上都很滿意。

サービスは最低限なので旅慣れた人にお勧めのホテル。雰囲気は街中のマンションの一室です。立地がよく部屋は清潔で、天井が高いせいか実際より広く感じました。コーヒーマシンがあったのがよかったです。パジャマや歯磨きなどは自身で持参する必要があります
