Walk 🚶 to Haeundae Station, about 10 minutes, about 5-6 minutes from Haeundae Market, and just cross the road to Haeundae Beach 🏝️
Although there is no sea view, the serviced apartment is fully equipped with washing machines, microwave ovens, electric pots, gas stoves, and large refrigerators, so long-term stays are no problem.
There are many serviced apartments in the whole building, and there is a reception desk on the first floor for assistance. When I first arrived, I had to find the way, but it is actually a very convenient place. Convenience stores, restaurants and cafes are available downstairs and in the building opposite.

The hotel is located in a large high-rise building, and there are several other hotels there. Very close to the beach as the crow flies. 10 minutes walk to the market with food for locals.
When we first arrived, we were tense because the hotel reception was not working, there was a sign on the door in Korean, which Google did not translate correctly. It turned out that the hotel shared a reception with the Pre Blanca Hotel. Housekeeping came every day. Brush and paste for extra charge
