Northharbor Hotel

The location of this hotel is very good. You can reach Lotte Department Store just across the bridge. There are also bus stops next to the hotel that can reach many attractions. The hotel is very close to Gamcheon Cultural Village, Baekchandan Cultural Village, Busan Tower, and BIFF Street. The view from the room is very good, highly recommended!

Lotte Department Store is just a few minutes walk away, making it a convenient place for shopping and dining. It's about a 1km walk, but you can also walk to Jagalchi Market and BIFF Square. This time I stayed in a harbor view room, and the view from the high floor (21st floor) was nice, but the windows were dirty. There was a laundry room on the second ba*****t floor, which I could use for free, which was very helpful (detergent cost ₩1,000). Wi-Fi is comfortable. There are three elevators, but it is difficult to understand which elevators can be used on all floors, one for even-numbered floors, and one for odd-numbered floors, and I have often encountered guests who are confused. Unfortunately, there was a strong and unique disinfectant smell in the room and bathroom. There is a restaurant on the 24th floor, and you can use it, but it seems like you can't get a discount because it's an attached facility of another hotel in the same building. The hotel's official website is very simple and I couldn't get detailed information about the hotel, and perhaps because I was a foreigner, there was no explanation or information sheet at check-in about the elevators and other incidental facilities within the facility. The hotel guide that was placed in the room was clearly from a different brand, so I wonder if they are using the one created by the previous management company. The price was relatively low and the view from the room was good, so I think it's worth staying if you value the view.

The view is better than I thought. I like it. Comfortable and It was nice that it was a little wider than the place I carried. The only downside was that the TV speed was a little slow, but it was really good.

Although it had a city view, the view was good because it was a room with a view of Jagalchi Market. There was a festival happening at good timing, so I was able to see the fireworks and overall I was satisfied. What was disappointing was that the charger did not work properly, possibly due to a problem with the outlet, and one card key was not recognized.

There are 2 hotels in a large building, there are only three elevators and you have to wait a long time. In the evening, when returning, a large group of people (10-12 people) moved in, there was a queue for the elevator, and we had to go up the stairs. I really didn’t like the service: they gave me a room with torn wallpaper and mold! When this was pointed out, the administrator pretended to be very surprised, but this was a lie, because... This room has clearly been in this condition for a long time. Also the walls of the floors are dirty and have torn wallpaper. They gave us a room with a view of the police, whose symbol was shining right through the window all night. The hotel is clearly not worth the money, the price is too high, the service needs better. I don't recommend it!
