My wife was tired, has trouble walking, it was near midnight. We were literally given the room the farthest from the front desk. Top floor end of the hall.

We had a really nice room at check in. The women at the front desk was not very personally and acted like it was a bother for her to wait on us. In the room you have to leave a card in to have lights work. They came on and then went off. I went back to desk, I can get you a new card. That one didn’t work either then she said I guess I can get you a new room. Appeared to be bothered.

Was a very loud place to stay children running up and down the halllways in the middle of the night. The room of above very noisy finally quieted down at 4am. Will make sure I never book a room there ever again

A close location to the Airpot but dinner was hard to find. This seemed like a new hotel but it was displaying a little were and tear. The best plus about this hotel is that it was quiet. The seclusion made it a pleasant sleep.

I had to fix the toilet myself it would flush I had to adjust the baffle inside tank also the beds are not comfortable kids loud I really came for business snd visit family but I didn’t get not one good night of rest

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it again didn’t disappoint. Front desk representative was friendly. This property is clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious. They have the perfect lighting in them. The beds are probably one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The shower is absolutely amazing. Great breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Grand Rapids.
