Very clean, nice room, quiet which was amazing considering the hotel is very large & I saw lots of children. I would stay here again.

Disappointed with the cold pool and small hot tub. When traveling with kids, the swimming pool is usually the highlight of a hotel!
Nice , comfortable room but we were surprised at how small it was since we supposedly paid for a deluxe room.
Overall it was fine. Would be better in the summer with the outdoor pool open.

Excellent hotel. Pool and fitness room were well kept, the rooms were nice and the bed was comfy. The food in the restaurant and surrounding area was exceptional. Would stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night only. We got to the room and it was very hot it in there. Didn't cool down until we opened a window. The indoor pool is freezing cold so we couldn't swim. There was a todler in the hot tub with toys so we couldnt go in there either as the todler and mother took over nearly the entire hot tub as it is very small. Also the pool area feels like a sauna...way too warm. Very disapointed.... Thats the whole reason we chose this place was too swim.
And they charged my card $50 at check in and didnt mention they would be doing that. Room was already paid for!!! if they did it as a incidental deposit they should of atleast told me! (hopefully they will credit my card so i dont have to call about it). For a sheraton this was a disapointment

The remodel when Marriot purchased was very nice. We stayed one night when it was the Crown Plaza and the hotel was a pit. You guys sure turned it around, we will definately stay with you again.

Front Desk clerk was kind, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, modern and built for comfort. Pool area was clean with fun lighting. Hot tub was hot big and inviting. Plenty of lounge space. Inside and outside pool was nice. Loved my stay! Shower was fantastic

This hotel has done an amazing job with their renovations! Our room was beautiful and so clean. Plenty of outlets to charge electronics. The king size bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed the big pool, but the jacuzzi was over chlorinated to the point that it faded our swimsuits. Bummer! Staff was very helpful and friendly. We definitely will be back!

The Hotel just went through a 20 million renovation everything was excellent and the staff was great
