The kitchen service is terrible!
Bad breakfast.

The room was not very clean, the bed sheets were not the right size for the bed.
There was barely any water coming from the wash basin.
The breakfast was shocking, a basic range but the bread seemed as if it was stale and the there was not even a toaster.
The location was nice, that is the only good thing I can say.

Simple hotel but with good structure, good service from staff especially at reception (Mateus and Vitor) Good breakfast with tapioca, juices, fruits, etc.

The first time we stayed at this hotel and the experience was incredible! Cleanliness, breakfast, the room, everything was super comfortable. We traveled as a family and everyone enjoyed it! We will definitely be back!

Lack of hygiene. Dark towels. Bad-smelling tap water. The staff are very polite. Both at reception and in the kitchen. But I don't recommend returning due to lack of hygiene. There was no soap in the bathroom.

Professional and polite staff. I found the base of the bed (2 parts) to be weak, which were not attached and separated, and the bed was very close to the window (making it difficult to move around.
