The reception quality was very poor. The elevator was all time during stay. Receptionist was yelling and doesn’t have empathy. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone.

Associates were rude and not informative. I payed for my deposit in cash. The next day when checking out the front desk associate told me id receive my deposit back into my account in a few days. I never did because it was paid in cash which they could've seen that and check on it. I'm out of $100 dollars now because they refuse to send it to me the mail or through check.

The room had numerous ants throughout our stay. No , refrigerator, Internet not working, the food was greatly in need of attention, it was the worst hotel I have stayed in..
