Ramada By Wyndham Cairns City Centre Reviews

This is not a problem with Ramada, but a request to Trip.com. Due to the flight strike, I bought a ticket with expensive Virgin Australia. I changed my reservation at Ramada Hotel, but I lost a day, so I talked to Trip.com about it.

The room has no curtains, and the check-out was very early. They said that they could not check-out late on weekends and holidays. Booking a taxi is great. There is a machine at the front desk that calls a taxi once and calls a maxi taxi twice.

The room was in poor condition, old, smelly, bathroom waterfaucets leaking and dripping. Needs urgent facelift.

The breakfast was very poor , not worth having

Excellent location. Beds were comfortable. Attentive staff. Property in general was just tired. Needs to be updated. Worst shower I’ve ever seen in a hotel. No way to shower without getting water all over the toilet, floor, etc. terrible design. That said, hotel was cheap and close to everything we needed.

I originally set another one, but I couldn't contact the landlord at night at night. The house was temporarily set.

Convenient transportation and convenient travel, worth recommending

Close to the city, nice bathroom but bed was too hard maybe invest in matress toppers.

It was just ok for short stay . nothing fancy location is good

The power was out and once it came back on the AC and Internet would not work which prompted several trips down to reception. The bins were emptied before dawn and the hotel is not sound proofed at all. The shower over tub makes access cumbersome for anyone with interrupted mobility.

Bed bugs in the bed so I couldn't sleep there and had to find alternative accommodation.

Quiet room and nice service

All I can say is their was to much light in the room from the outside
