Very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Room service takes 3 hours to bring just one towel. I picked a king bed and i got a twin bed :) None of the days did they come clean the room and i asked for them to clean the room

Very nice house and good staff on the hotel, all rooms are great and tide

The staf where as usual more than excalante .. spicialu in the recption at the 29th. Floor . Madam hadeer ( هدير ) was very cooprative and helpfull . Also mr. Akram yosry( اكرم يسري) & Mr. Nabeel ..and all the 29th.+ 30th. Lounge staff . Also the pill capten scrvice spicially mr. Rabe and asraf and mahmoud lolo ( ربيع واشرف يسري ومحمود لولؤ ) and all very very helpful and freindly . Those peopel are superp ? . & from pool cafee ( berrs or perees ) mr. Mohamad aashmawi ( محمد عشماوي ) were very gentelman acerving the gists ..

It was perfect hotel, nice view, helpful staff and good location

Bad experience from the treatment of the staff and from the request for a $300 insurance without anything in the room. The pictures of the room on the site are very different from the reality.

The check in had small problem but satisfactorily resolved Room was fine, newly renovated floor. Would have been nice to have dressing gowns. Also nice pool but no gym. Breakfast was good buffet and good service. Location by the river Nile, and easy access by taxi, but not so for walking and metro station is around 10min walk away

Bad experience, services and staff were poor

Brilliant! We can see Nile from the balcony and the staff are warm-hearted,especially a man called Ahmed Abdoun,who offered us loads of help!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & clean, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper Egyptian cooking.

I mean it’s alright but the hotel is very old. The elevators are scary
