Viaje Hotel Downtown Cairo ★★★★
"My stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities, and the soft bedding ensured a very comfortable night's sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. The public areas were elegant and provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money, quiet and not noisy, perfect for a relaxing trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm next in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers."

Steigenberger Hotel El Tahrir Cairo ★★★★
"We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, but the staff efficiently helped us check in and delivered our luggage to our rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy, and included toiletries. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious items, and the fruit, especially, was very sweet!"

Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo
"The cleanliness was not good, and the front desk staff's attitude was very poor and dishonest."
Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo
"The door of the hotel is very small, and you need to go through security to enter. The service attitude is OK, which is a hotel with good service in Egypt. The staff will also take the initiative to help take the luggage to the room. The room can see the Nile River, although the Nile River in Cairo is not the most beautiful. The room is not big, but the overall facilities are OK. Because it is near Liberation Square, you can hear something like hymns in the middle of the night, and you will be awakened at around 4 o'clock. People with sensitive sleep should pay attention. The hotel's sound insulation is also average, and you can hear the sound outside by the window."
Tolip El Galaa Hotel Cairo
"The hotel had a very good location, the service was great, especially the lady from housekeeping (Najla) was really friendly! The furniture is a bit old and the breakfast was unfortunately not that special, which was a shame. We had a nice stay"
Pyramids Park Resort Cairo
"Getting to the Grand Egyptian Museum requires a taxi, but it's very close. The hotel is massive, like a resort, with a super comfortable environment. The breakfast is also very rich! The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the main lobby building has lots of Egyptian artifact-themed decor, giving it a very authentic Egyptian feel, haha."
Hilton Cairo Grand Nile
Soak in breathtaking sunset views and enjoy a memorable meal at our revolving restaurant. Your stay also features a delicious breakfast, along with an outdoor pool, spa, and gym—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Safir Hotel Cairo
"The hotel's beauty lies in its staff, wonderful service, attention to guests, high moral character, and efforts to satisfy every guest request. I highly recommend it."
Fairmont Nile City
"Excellent service at the reception from all the staff, especially Michael."
Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile
"The hotel, while a bit old, is well-maintained with a stylish decor. Its location right on the Nile offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Avoid the coffee in the hotel lobby – it's almost 50 RMB a cup, ridiculously overpriced. You're better off crossing the street to Oliver for coffee instead. Also, tipping doesn't seem to work well in Cairo. I slipped the front desk a tip and ended up with a room with a very mediocre view. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores near the hotel, and not many dining options either. You have to take a taxi everywhere, making it feel less convenient than staying on the opposite bank. The hotel is on a major road, and crossing it can be quite daunting. On a positive note, the Byredo toiletries provided are excellent."
Jewel Alfustat Hotel
"A respectable and upscale place, suitable for families, and I recommend it to all my friends. It is close to Fatimid Egypt, the Mosque of Amr ibn al-Aas, and the Citadel of Saladin."
Om Kolthoom Hotel
"Superb!"
Ocean Blue Studios
"Great stay really recommend for families and couples 10/10"
Layla Hostel
"Was a very nice stay over there as usual Very clean, very friendly staff and ofcourse it feels as home! I would recommend to all travelers to try such wonderful experience whenever they cross by Cairo! Thanks for hosting me!"
Atum hotel
"This hotel located at Tahrir Square in Cairo, has an old, worn‑out exterior, but the inside is cozy and warm, with new princess‑style beds and furniture. Best of all, the sheets and duvet covers don’t pill at all—God knows how many pilled sheets we had to put up with in Hurghada and Luxor! (So frustrating!) The location is super convenient; you can walk to the museum. The staff are incredibly friendly—everyone smiles and greets me. Two kids even took turns helping me open the elevator door, they’re so nice,so different from the children in Luxor—I actually wanted to ask if they needed sponsorship to go to school! Unfortunately, I didn’t see them again when I checked out."
The President Hotel Cairo
"We were a group of friends who arrived early, and the front desk was very accommodating, allowing us to check in ahead of schedule. The room environment was quite good, and if we needed anything, the front desk was always prompt and helpful. We especially loved the lobby manager, who was incredibly friendly and always greeted us warmly! The absolute best part was the hotel's surroundings – very comfortable and felt very safe!"
Triumph Plaza Hotel
"The room size is good, and the cleanliness level is good. It has a large balcony, and the bathrooms are good. The location is very good. The biggest problem is how incredibly cold the rooms are, due to the air conditioning in the hallways being set to the highest possible cooling, which is unbearable. There's terrible noise and pressure on the elevators, especially with the almost constant wedding events. The staff's service was mostly good."
Le Passage Cairo Hotel & Casino
Located just 1.2 miles from Cairo Airport, this gem offers a complimentary shuttle, a delicious buffet breakfast, and an on-site Chinese restaurant. You’ll love relaxing by the outdoor pool or hitting the spa and fitness center!
