Nice hotel to crash in before the flight. Went early before check in time, room booked was upgraded.

Very satisfied! They offer a free shuttle to the airport, and the room came with desserts and fruit. Some room types provide toiletries while others don't. The restaurant was also good; I really enjoyed the food. All the staff were very welcoming, and it's close to the airport. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel located by the airport. Very quiet from both aircraft and road noise. Extensive grounds, lovely to stroll around and places to rest. Good sized, well equipped rooms. Efficient lifts and plenty of eateries to choose from. Friendly efficient staff. Nice size swimming pool and separate children's area. Highly recommend.

I booked a family connecting room, which was essentially a king-size room and a twin room with an adjoining door. The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. It's super close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service to all terminals. The Black gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and even gave a small parting gift to the kids when we checked out. It’s perfect for a layover stay at Cairo Airport; a taxi to New Cairo City Center Mall only cost 150 EGP.

This was a transit hotel for the airport, and I only stayed one night, but you can tell the facilities are pretty good. They even have a casino, though we didn't go in. The room wasn't huge but it was comfortable, and the most convenient thing was the airport shuttle bus!

Awesome welcome and service by Mr. Ishmail. The hotel decor was set for Christmas and everyone was ready to help if we had questions. Great, quality amenities, rich breakfast. Clean and bright. Close to airport, so good for early flights. Drop-off available too.

It's a decent place, but the value for money isn't great; it's not particularly cheap. Breakfast was just okay, and the environment was nothing special. The big plus is its proximity to the airport, only a 10-minute drive.

I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！ 赶早班机去机场，简单吃了几口早餐去大厅等接送大巴到时后，发现不小心遗落护照包在餐厅包里有现金，不一会儿有工作人员帮忙送了过来很感谢，但是后来下飞机换钱的时候却发现里面的现金定丢失了现金纸币250💶。整个护照包埃及全程都在身边，就这一会儿丢了差不多十分钟，然后很遗憾得结束了埃及之旅。 已经给酒店留言调监控但是不知道有没有反馈，能不能找回来。目前人到突尼斯 玩了，付酒店的现金欧元都不够了，晕😵💫！

Room spacious and modern. The real highlight are the staff. All spoke English well and were spectacular patient and helpful - Particularly the gentleman at guest services who helped me iron out some issues with my onward travel

The hotel's vehicle entry and exit points are all checked by dedicated staff, which ensures good security. However, the facilities are just average and quite old. The hotel has a shuttle bus directly to the airport, which is very convenient. If you need to use the shuttle, you generally need to book with the front desk half an hour in advance, and they will tell you the specific schedule.

The service was really good and I got an upgrade for my room, I have used the gym as well and it was in good condition, the only point needs improvement is the high noise early morning caused by the housekeeping team which disturbed my sleeping hours, but they were doing their job with passion so can't blame them on this, may be a little reminder that if we do it with less noise considering residents sleeping will be great.
