The owner always stays around to ensure that everything is taken care of. A shared bathroom is featured but is always kept clean. The hostel is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, so guests with heavy luggage may need some help and the staff are always willing to give a hand. I extended my stay to even the 7th day, beyond my original plan.

The receptionist was very kind. She gave me coffee and cleaned my room with insecticide when I told her there were flies!! She also provided towels, so I highly recommend her!

The first time I checked in, I felt that this hotel was very good and I was satisfied with everything. But the second time, it was full of problems. There were all kinds of problems with this hotel. The hotel said the price for one night was 970 ebms, which shocked me. I checked the platform and found that the price for one night was only more than 400. Then I made a reservation on the platform, and the hotel staff was very unhappy. Second, my friend came to the hotel to visit me. As soon as he stepped into the door of the hotel, the hotel staff ran to me and said that I needed to pay 200 ebms because I brought a friend in. I said I was leaving soon and was not here. He said no, as soon as you come in, you must pay 200 ebms before you can leave. Fortunately, when I checked in, I told their staff that a friend would come to see me the next day, and he said OK, so I escaped. In summary, this hotel has many pitfalls. You must ask clearly when making a reservation, otherwise it is easy to fall into the trap.

The service attitude is very good. Breakfast is traditional Egyptian food, which I like to eat very much. But I want to remind all women that the mixed dormitory in this hotel is a mixed dormitory for men and women. There is no mixed dormitory for pure women. If you don’t mind sharing a room with men, just pretend I didn’t say that.

A few staff members are sitting there bragging and leaving guests alone. From the moment you step in, this hostel is looking for various reasons to ask for money from you. It’s just terrible. Why are their ratings so high? And the most outrageous thing is that the price difference between booking on Ctrip and booking on agodd is double. This price is specially customized for Chinese tourists.

Very good, great breakfast, good accommodation, great value for money

The hostel had a very good location in downtown Cairo. And the service was more than excellent. I was very satisfied with the stay and will always stay there when I visit Egypt. The hostel staff consists of wonderful young men and is always there to help you - even outside the hotel, shopping or tourist places. There is a laundry service for a very small amount. The air conditioning was in perfect condition and worked all day. There are shared rooms and private rooms with private bathrooms. You can sit in the reception hall and a good breakfast is served for free. Daily cleaning service and regular change of linen. I can only thank all the staff at the hostel. I highly recommend this hostel.
