The hotel is perfect for enjoying the sea and is very comfortable in the centre. The structure is new and very clean. The price quality was excellent. The rooms are well furnished and with the refrigerator. Also very recommended for a varied and abundant breakfast. The staff, all young, is innocent. The windows of the first floor are very small. I liked it and I hope I'll be back soon.

I stayed with three friends in this B&B in June booking via *******. When we arrived the rooms were different from the photos loaded on *******, the douche made artificially was losing water and not closed, the room itself was quite antique in the complex. We could not pay with the post because the owner was not able to pay, we paid in accounts and we were not issued invoices/receipts. They didn't give us the door keys telling us to call at any time they would open us at any time of the night (we did about returning later in midnight given the situation of the calls) The rooms are clean and handcuffs changed every day, available for breakfast (pay separately) and the possibility of using the pool (pay).

The lady opens both the door of the palace, the apartment (which is located at 5 floor with lift) and the room. Once the room is open, a magnetic card will be found on the comforter, which will help open all doors independently throughout the living. A beautiful girl who takes care of the cleaning of the structure is welcomed in the morning, very kind, educated and precise in her work. The structure is located in the middle of the market in Fera o' Luni, and this gives the opportunity to get a little bit of a bit with shopping. The evening (we have been during a weekend) there is a little confusion given by the passage of the cars parking on the surrounding streets to go to the catalan move that is a step (the rooms are faced on the road but with the closed window the noise is minimal). The rooms have a small terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Etna. Breakfast service is not offered, but it is not a problem because it is under the structure, The TH Luxury Central is easily accessible from the airport via the Alibus ship, which stops at 200 mt (we still prefer to rely on a NCC). We're not looking forward to returning!

The host Ruben and his friend are very helpful and made us very welcome :) Everything was perfect, nice place, quiet, spotless clean and everything is up to standard. Rooms are modern and comfortable especially the bed. There is a nice surrounding around Althea Etna Garden where you can enjoy breakfast outside or have a drink. In front there is also a public garden.

We stayed for three nights as we were attending a wedding locally. The hotel was lovely and the staff were first class. Everyone was very helpful and extremely friendly. Unfortunately the pool and spa area were out of action but it didn't matter as we spent time outside around the pool. The barman was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks he served. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a short visit as there isn't much to do locally
