Lovely clean & comfortable hotel with excellent food! On the edge of the old town so central for either old or new town. Short walk to the beach. We didn't plan on eating in at the hotel but it was so nice we only ate out once! Beds were comfy & we felt very well looked after at all times. Staff were welcoming & friendly . David was there to entertain day & night & provided plenty of good humour. Would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

This is a small hotel with excellent friendly staff . All areas are kept spotless rooms spacious with comfortable beds. Food is of high standard with a good selection . Most of the residents were of an elderly age atmosphere relaxed and laid back not suitable for families better going to the sister hotel princesses close by I’ve just rebooked for next year many thanks for a lovely 7 days

The hotel was well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for us and very clean. Almost everything about the hotel was great, the entertainment guy Dave was really good. The only negatives were pool to cold, unheated whirlpool and sometimes hard to find a sun lounger without a towel left on it.

An excellent 7 day stay in this hotel at the beginning of April with beautiful sunshine. The staff, especially David - Head of Animation made the experience an even better one, he is a real credit to the hotel. Can’t fault the food and drink either. The bar and restaurant staff were brilliant, always a lovely greeting from them and remembering your room number too at each visit to the bar or restaurant. I’ve had many trips to Benidorm, but our first in this hotel we wi ll definitely will return.

We are here now, before coming to this hotel I always thought of Benidorm as dodgy but this is our 2nd time here. Can't fault anything. We were allocated an upgrade to our room on arrival, food and staffing excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Adults only and no stag or hen does.

Just back from our third stay at the RH Royal. Can’t fault anything about this hotel. Staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Food is excellent particularly breakfast. Perfect location for old town and beach. We will definitely be returning.

Just returned from a week's stay at the Royal. Overall generally good Staff pleasant and accomadating. Room basic, but clean, lovely bathroom. One big issue that needs addressing by hotel is the way you charge drinks to your room, to pay at the end of your stay. Basically you order drinks and they ask for a room number, which you give and off you go, with no checks if you are actually in that room. No asking for name, there no room number on card to check. I say all this as we had some random payments for wine with the evening meal, when we were only drinking water. Someone has had some nice wine by the looks of it and not paid a penny. After checks they removed from my bill. Some not to scrupulous people could have a field day here, they need to sort this out pronto. Shame as otherwise a nice hotel in a good location.

We have just returned from a lovely few days at this hotel for Paddy’s Day, first time in Benidorm in 30 years. All staff nice and friendly & couldn’t do enough for you. We meet some lovely people. The hotel is situated near to the old town but close enough to walk into the new town. We stayed in the hotel on the Monday night for a few drinks & the bar staff were fantastic & we’re excellent with the rowdy husbands. The food was very good and always hot with plenty of choices. The hotel is spotlessly clean with the rooms cleaned every day and the room even has a free safe and good size fridge. My only gripe but it’s not the hotels fault is you had to chase the sun around the pool area. Would definitely return

We stayed here for 33 nights mid January/February. Our stay was really good, the staff from house keeping to restaurant including reception was first class. The rooms were very comfortable and the food was very good always something different. After 33 days there we were still really enjoying the food and selection. We didn't meet David the entertainment guy until last couple of weeks but he was so friendly and encouraging. We did start joining in with the activities and really enjoyed it. We are hoping to return again next year and really hope he's still there to continue our dancing classes. Thank you RH Royal for making our stay memorable. ❤️
