The room is OK, but the decoration is old, and there is no toothpaste or toothbrush. The door lock of the room I stayed in was not working well.

The gentleman who checked us in Tuesday night 3/5 and 3/8 was so personable and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He remembered we were visiting our daughter and asked how our trip was! So nice

The front desk people were very nice, which is one of the only reasons I am giving 3 stars.. The beds were good also, but rooms were horrible because of poor lighting and almost none of the outlets worked.

Everything was amazing here, Jose was so nice and accommodating. I had my service animal with me and Jose made sure we had the biggest room possible and made sure it was an accessible one. My only complaint is that the bed was not incredibly accessible for it being an accessible room. Breakfast was great though and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean as well.

I stay here a lot for work. The staff is always very friendly, the hotel clean, and the king beds are fabulous.

Everything was really good. Clean room, price right and breakfast was really good. There are some bad reviews, but I don't see it. Good job, and thank you.
