The manager was very accommodating and kind waiting for a late check in. We were also able to leave the bags for a few hours the day we checked out.
Our room was good for a couple of nights, we were out all day anyway, but the there was basically no window, there was just an opening on the stairs and it was quite noisy. But again, for the price and convenience and private bathroom in a central location in Porto it was all we needed. Also, if you are traveling on very hot days, there is no air conditioning. It's not the Ritz, but it's clean and convenient.

Desk person Francisco was a life saver. He helped me find my passport at 615 am and drove me to bus station so that I didn't miss bus. I’m very grateful but also so impressed with his kindness that avoided me missing my reunion with my daughter in Spain.

We were only passing through Porto and just wanted somewhere to stay overnight. Hospedaria Londres. was very close to the train and bus termini and very reasonably priced. Our flight into Porto was delayed and we did not arrive at the hotel until midnight. We were (pleasantly) surprised to see the manage of the hotel was waiting outside to welcome us. Once we had booked in, he even took the time to show us where we could get a "nightcap".He also took the time to make sure that we knew how to get to the bus station for the next day.

Very good rooms, at a reasonable price in Porto, and very well attended. It is on the outskirts, next to the train station, but a taxi to the center costs €4 or a 20-minute walk. Everything is very clean and well placed. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, in case someone cannot climb a few stairs, be warned. Otherwise, a perfect place to sleep during your visit to Porto. Recommendable.
