Best service ever. The entire staff, including cleaning staff, restaurant, front desk, anyone you may run into in the hotel, are very well trained to be polite, efficient, try to go above an beyond to have the guest’s needs taken care of. I was really impressed. Anywhere, anytime.

Check-in took a little longer than I’d hope, and the room felt a little dated. That being said, those are very minor items when contrasting with the great amenities and staff (including kids club) that the hotel offers. This was our second 5+ day stay at the hotel and I highly recommend it!

O ar condicionado precisa de limpeza urgente, idem a manutenção das portas dos elevadores. Os funcionários deveriam ter roupas apropriadas para um clima tropical, trajes petos de nylon são sub humanos. Não há guarda sóis suficientes para a área da piscina e o banheiro precisa de limpeza recorrente
