O ponto negativo foi o atendimento. Mesmo que no processo on-line de reserva eu tenha oferecido todos os meus dados, novamente no hotel foi obrigado a informar tudo novamente. E, o mais grave, a atendente não reconheceu que a reserva era pra dois e, logo de cara, queria me cobrar um valor extra. Pela urgência, aceitei pagar, até que ela mostrou equívoco. Enfim, processo moroso, equivocado, despreparo dos recepcionistas e falha no sistema de reserva.
