The good things about the hotel was that the staff was very nice and room was relatively spacious, quite and clean. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately air conditioning was essentially non existent and room refrigerator was not working. Bed was poor quality . When we walked back from the main part of town after dinner, you had to walk past the train station area which was poorly lit and seedy. I did not feel comfortable walking in the area around the hotel at night.

Camera fredda, riscaldamento non sufficiente Abbiamo dormito una notte riscaldandoci con una coperta dal comfort stile caserma, per fortuna, l'indomani, il personale ha provveduto in qualche modo, a venirci incontro lasciando una scheda inserita per tutto il giorno in modo da far salire di un pochino la temperatura, ma il bagno comunque è rimasto gelato. Televisore microscopico e manco uno sgabellino in bagno. Niente ciabatte e niente accappatoio.

Hotel senza infamia e senza lode, sicuramente le 4 stelle sono esagerate in quanto in camera mancano alcuni servizi tipici di questa categoria ( per esempio teiera e bicchieri di plastica), colazione degna di un tre stelle e non di più. Comunque letto comodo e pulizia appena sufficiente. Cena non merita lode e trattamento del personale così così

L’hotel nel complesso, sebbene al di sotto di come viene presentato, è senza infamia e senza lode. Perdere mezz’ora in sala colazioni perché c’è solo una persona che serve e prepara le colazioni(almeno presumo visto che tra un servizio e l’altro sparisce a lungo) può essere accettabile se sei in vacanza. Per lavoro vi consiglio altro. A Campobasso c’è poco ma gli altri due li ho provati entrambi e sono meglio di questo.

Sono una persona con una disabilità motoria da tutta la vita e non ho mai dovuto affrontare così tanti problemi come alloggiando in questa struttura. L'esperienza È stata la più frustrante ed umiliante che io abbia vissuto nella vira. Sapevo che la camera in questione non sarebbe stata attrezzata per le mie esigenze ma proporre come soluzione un bagno unico per tutti su un piano, e anche la peggior soluzione che si possa attuare. Aumentare le difficoltà di chi ne ha già a sufficienza non è la politica giusta per mantenere la clientela. Non ho assolutamente apprezzato l'atteggiamento riscontrato nella maggior parte del personale, nei confronti delle persone con disabilità. Ricordatevi che in primis noi siamo persone prima di essere disabili.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel, che dire, secondo me è sopravvalutato nella classificazione delle stelle. Camere pulite, ben insonorizzate, letto comodo , un po’ datate ( con moquette) , nella camera non c’era un numero per contattare la reception e nel bagno non siamo riusciti ad attivare la ventola ( visto che è un bagno senza finestre) . La receptionist di quando siamo arrivati, ci ha dato soltanto la scheda per entrare in camera senza spiegare cosa offriva l hotel, orari della colazione, l unica cosa positiva è che ci ha prenotato un ristorante top per la cena visto che il ristorante interno era chiuso. Invece la receptionist di quando siamo andati via ci ha salutato a mezza bocca… il cameriere del servizio colazione simpatico e gentile. Ah la colazione nella norma, non c’era moltissima scelta essendo un 4 stelle. Situato di fianco alla stazione e a 10 minuti dal centro, parcheggio privato.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia per un week end. Ottima posizione vicino la stazione e a 10 minuti a piedi del centro storico. Grande parcheggio per le macchine. Le stanze hanno un arredamento un pò datato ma pulite e abbastanza ampie. La colazione continentale è abbondante con ottime torte fatte in casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato
