Hotel Amic Miraflores

* We booked a Standard Twin Room but were given a double bed. * The blanket was dirty, uncovered, and had what appeared to be blood and other stains. * We requested housekeeping, but the room was not properly cleaned. The rubbish was still full, the bed and blanket were untouched, the floor was dirty, and soap and drinking water were not refilled. The cleaner only provided towels. * Our cosmetic bag was opened and disturbed without our permission. Afterwards, we noticed that one of our perfumes appeared to be significantly reduced or missing, which is extremely concerning. * Because we no longer felt safe allowing housekeeping into our room, we only requested towels the next day. However, we were given eight door mats instead of towels, which we only realized after using them. We contacted the reception for help, but our concerns were dismissed and we were told that these issues were not their responsibility. This entire experience is completely unacceptable.!

Spotlessly clean. Decent size double room. Air-conditioning not the best. Fridge wasnt cold enough. Great breakfast at sister hotel. Friendly staff.

Amazing view. Had a big bed. Wished the pool was open longer. Otherwise very good location and service.

Excellent location beside the beach. The airport bus stops outside the hotel. The breakfast is exceptional! Room is adequate for a short term stay.

Nothing there, staff were rude and dismissive, unhelpful when it came to asking for information on transport, breakfast isn’t even in the same hotel you have to cross the street. Didn’t bother using the pool, couldn’t get out quick enough, only stayed due to late flight and wished I’d have spent the €100 euro getting a taxi to other side of island instead, wouldn’t reccomend
