"Be cautious about staying in the garden view room… It's in a small bungalow at the back. It's okay if the price is cheap, but I booked it for over 1400 yuan a night, and I was speechless after checking in. However, the hotel's location is alright, very close to the bus stop, convenient for going into the city or to the airport, and the beach is just a short walk away. The air conditioning is not very good; it's noisy but not very cold. I usually feel hot even with it set to 25-26 degrees Celsius, and when I lifted the cup, I found a large stain. However, the front desk responded quickly, and the breakfast was just average."

"Nice hotel on Playa de Palma. The rooms are a bit basic, and the bathroom could use some updates. The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful. Initially, I was a little skeptical about the location, but that proved to be unfounded – the aircraft noise was quite minimal and not disruptive at all. Many things are easily accessible on foot, and there are a few nice bars and restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace with a bar and a view is also lovely; the pool up there is rather small and better for a quick dip than proper swimming. But then, the main large pool is right outside the door. The breakfast really stood out as a highlight; I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by the variety, presentation, and selection!"

"A truly disappointing hotel. Aside from the convenient location near the sea and the airport, everything else was a disaster. Daily housekeeping was nonexistent, and upon our arrival, we found a mess in the shower that clearly hadn't been cleaned in months. We were forced to patiently clean it ourselves with products we purchased ourselves. The rooms were poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi was supposedly free, but there was no signal in the room. Poor service. Terrible value for money. I hope this review motivates you to improve your service."

Some road noise near the pool but didn’t bother us one bit. Close to a lovely beach. Cycle hire nearby, cycled to Palma on cycle paths. Will definitely be back. "

"The hotel is located directly on the beach promenade. The view from the junior suite is beautiful. The room is very large, and the bed is very comfortable. There were recurring problems with the satellite reception for German channels. This couldn't be resolved. The balconies are a good size and nicely furnished. I'd like to mention that the only separation from the neighboring balcony is a frosted glass panel. It's very noisy; you can hear every word your neighbor says. This promptly led to complaints, even though the conversation wasn't loud. Privacy is lacking, especially since the balconies facing the sea and the promenade are fully glazed. While this gives you a great view, it also means you're easily seen. 😅 We had half-board. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, but there was virtually no variety. Salmon was served once during our two-week stay as a special treat, but sparkling wine was available every day! The evening buffet was usually very good, and on some days it was almost too good. The use of leftovers was sometimes a bit unimaginative. The staff was generally friendly, with one exception at reception (a real ****). The indoor pool wasn't important to us, but it's very small. The fitness room has limited equipment, but it's adequate. There's also a bike rental service at the hotel, which is very convenient. We wouldn't choose this hotel again because we personally found the lack of privacy on the balcony bothersome. However, objectively speaking, we can recommend the hotel."

"The hotel is well-located, very close to the sea, and our room featured a balcony with neighborhood views. A minor inconvenience was having only one power socket by the bed. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a major letdown: both the tub and toilet were set uncomfortably low. The shower was practically useless; it was impossible to get a comfortable temperature, swinging between ice-cold and scalding hot. A hairdryer was also notably absent. On the plus side, breakfast was tasty. However, the walls were paper-thin, meaning we could hear everything from adjacent and upstairs rooms. A big advantage was the public transport stop right next to the hotel. I'd recommend it for a short stay, as you'll likely spend most of your time exploring outside."

"I stayed here as part of a group and was disappointed based on the value. On the plus side, the rooms themselves are fairly large and were clean. It’s directly across from the beach and they have chairs and umbrellas free to use. We did order snacks at the restaurant and were pleased with them.It’s convenient to have the kitchenette (although I did not use it). On the downside, the views from my particular room were nonexistent, the elevator smelled terribly of mold so we ended up taking the stairs constantly, the air conditioner was locked and insufficient at night, so I woke up sweating, and the price felt too high. I would not recommend it to others relative to other hotels, although perhaps the beach access is really the selling point here."

"Overall, I was quite disappointed with this hotel. Pros: • Very close to the beach. • Towels were changed every day by room Service Cons: • Check-in took almost 15 minutes, and the receptionist was not very friendly or welcoming. • There was no hairdryer in the room. When I asked, they gave me one to use and told me to bring it back afterwards. I found this very strange for a hotel. • There was no proper shampoo in the bathroom • The air conditioning was very old, and the air did not feel very clean. • The biggest problem was the location near the airport. When planes took off in our direction, there was a strong exhaust/fuel smell outside, which made it uncomfortable to breathe. Luckily, the wind changed the next day and it was much better. The hotel has a good location near the beach, but overall, I would not stay here again."

"Lovely small hotel with very friendly staff. Great rooftop bar open until 5pm and a small but very picturesque roof pool open until 8. Champagne offered with breakfast. Pastries were the highlight at breakfast with a small but great selection of other options including oat, soy and rice milk. Surrounding area has plenty of beachfront bars and restaurants and the beach is very clean. Overall we had a great stay and the rain shower was amazing I didn’t want to get out."
