We had asked for a Room with King bed which was confirmed on Trip.com, however, upon arriving, we were provided a smaller room with two queen beds. Given we were just two people, we did not want a room with two queen beds when our booking was actually for a room with a King bed but they didn't honor it and said given you booked from Trip.com and not directly through them, they cannot guarantee any room which is appalling. The response was very rude and the service was pathetic, they do not even provide water. Never recommend.

This is a room with no toiletries and no wash cup.
There was no blanket, just a thin sheet. Paying the room rate for three people only provides items for two people😡
The sheets were dirty.
Avoid pitfalls, the store is in a small alley, not as good as the picture shows

Good Hotel overall but the one gripe i had was the fees they charge you if you stain a pillow or towel which was so small.

The water was cold and the staff doesnt speak english. TV didnt work. I wouldn't recommend staying here!

Room cleaned every day good central location checking in sucks because our flights always come in early and we have to wait till 3 pm when there are rooms available
