"This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option."

"Hygiene needs to be improved. I was bitten by a blister the day before. I don't know if it was lice or fleas. There were three of us in the room. They said that only one bottle of water was provided. We bought a bucket of water ourselves. Some service staff were very nice and sent extra water. Some service staff were very dull. Overall, it was pretty good. The balcony guardrail needs to be repaired. The fixing bolts were seriously corroded and loose."

"Check in was 2 hours at the reception All dinner restaurant need reservation and reservation closed at 5pm checked in so late so we missed first night for dinner have to go buffet every meal till second night We can’t make reservations for the restaurant we want, because nothing available and only time available is 9.30pm and another night 10pm for dinner. We asked some new friends got the same answer won’t come back to this hotel anymore. We thought Hilton name should be something better than this."
Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel
"Hairdryers and shampoo are provided. The restaurants seem to rotate daily, and there were only about three places where you could actually eat. You can eat and drink until 3am after check-out. I didn't know this until I checked out, so I had other plans and couldn't use the facilities. Some staff were friendly, while others were cold or annoying. The morning sunrise was beautiful. I think the main attraction was the pool rather than the sea. In fact, most people were playing in the pool."

"My stay at the SLS Hotel in Cancún was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, I was impressed by the stylish design, the first-class service, and the special atmosphere of this luxurious hotel. The staff was always attentive, friendly, and professional – their every need was practically anticipated. The attention to detail, whether in the room furnishings, housekeeping, or the service at the pool and beach, is particularly noteworthy. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the turquoise sea. The beds are incredibly comfortable and ensure a restful sleep. The hotel's culinary offerings leave nothing to be desired: The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, and dinner in the hotel's restaurant was also a real highlight – creative, fresh, and perfectly coordinated. The location directly on the private beach is ideal, quiet yet central. If you're looking for relaxation, style, and excellent service, this is the place for you. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend the SLS Hotel Cancun."

"The stay was overall okay. There is a pool and direct access to the beach, which is convenient. However, the service is very poor. There is no proper room cleaning, and no one brings water or replaces towels. You basically have to handle everything yourself. On top of that, the staff doesn’t speak English, which makes things even more difficult. It’s fine for a short stay of a couple of days, but if you’re planning to stay longer, it can become quite uncomfortable. Also, the room is equipped with things like a coffee machine, toaster, and even a juicer. There’s even a stove, but no kettle — which honestly makes no sense. The whole setup feels very strange."

I got to their hostel at around 9 pm, the receptionists (two men) asked me to wait until they were done with some work, I was exhausted but tried to be patient. However even when they finished I wasn’t called to do the check in. I had to ask them a twice when I saw they were doing nothing. Terrible costumer service. Not helpful at all at any time. These guys really need some training"

"Hotel is at a very good location, and very clean. Showers has not water pressure, need to be clean, clogged shower head. Do not count on hair dryer, mine was not working. They did offer me to change the room, but I did not bother, too much trouble for just a hair dryer. I book a room with king bed and upon arrival they gave me a room with 2 single beds. Did not bother to ask why, but they should know what I was book for. Hotel is a non smoking facility which I respect and I am sure it is appreciate it by many, but for me , been an smoker it was very inconvenience since I could enjoy my morning coffee in a designated smoking area, sitting and relaxing. Too bad, but I will choose a facility with smoking section next time, there are many around. not sure if it was specified when I may the booking. It call my attention a sentence in the welcome letter you received upon arrival, which said “Your room has a safe.The hotel is not responsible for valuables left outside the safe”. Did not like that, No bueno, anything that belong to me and I brought to my trip is “ valuable”. Things like money, document, passport go in the safe, but anything else you are not able to fit in the safe and left in the room, should be ok outside the safe and hotel should be accountable if something is missing in the room. Thankfully nothing went missing, but the note may me worried at all the time. No netflix, no access to youtube, only few channels."

"We booked All inclusive for one night, we checked in late and wanted to order room service, the food was free but you will need to pay 350 MXN as service fee every time, some restaurants need to be booked 24 hours ahead and some restaurant are too exclusive and only allowed for member guest. So not a real all inclusive deal... The pool and beach area were decent some restaurants had nice sea veiw..."
