"1. The hotel's location is great, with bus lines R1 and R2 right outside, which is very convenient. 2. The room I booked was a bit noisy, facing the street, so you could hear cars passing by, but it was still tolerable and acceptable. 3. Breakfast was decent. They said bottled water would be provided, but there wasn't any in the room when I checked in. After calling, it took quite a while for it to be delivered. The next day, after the room was cleaned, there still wasn't any, and I had to ask for it. I'm not sure why. 4. The hotel's private beach is quite nice, and the environment is lovely."

The staff was always attentive, friendly, and professional – their every need was practically anticipated. The attention to detail, whether in the room furnishings, housekeeping, or the service at the pool and beach, is particularly noteworthy. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the turquoise sea. The beds are incredibly comfortable and ensure a restful sleep. The hotel's culinary offerings leave nothing to be desired: The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, and dinner in the hotel's restaurant was also a real highlight – creative, fresh, and perfectly coordinated. The location directly on the private beach is ideal, quiet yet central. If you're looking for relaxation, style, and excellent service, this is the place for you. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend the SLS Hotel Cancun."

The pendant lamp above the bedside table was more for show than function – it actually fell off and shattered, causing a power outage for half an hour until an electrician fixed it. On the bright side, having direct access to the adjacent mall from the back of the hotel is quite convenient."

"Hairdryers and shampoo are provided. The restaurants seem to rotate daily, and there were only about three places where you could actually eat. You can eat and drink until 3am after check-out. I didn't know this until I checked out, so I had other plans and couldn't use the facilities. Some staff were friendly, while others were cold or annoying. The morning sunrise was beautiful. I think the main attraction was the pool rather than the sea. In fact, most people were playing in the pool."
