The hotel resort was phenomenal! Loved it very well! Great service skills from all the staff! The 4 restaurants were really tasty and convenient! I would just suggest aquamarine improve the food experience there!
Pool , spa, hot tub beach, gym were nice places !

I liked the buffet and staff were friendly. I was not impressed that we had to take two queen beds when I had reserved a king bed. I also had to ask everyday for towels

Every thing was excellent, except yr electrical maintenance seems to be poor.
Thermostat in the room was not working after couple of requests some one came looked & said ther mistar is broken, so just switch off the AC when it gets cold !!!?
The elevator call button on 7 and 8 floor was often not working. Ones the inside elevator button for 7th floor was not working.
Need to make sure everything works well and if broken, immediate it should be fixed. Not allow it to be broken for days.

Staff are very helpful and so kind. Everything you want for a vacation is right there, A ocean view from our room and when at the beach you can go to the ocean, pool, restaurants all within walking distance from your cabana.

Krystal was nice because of the beach access that we had, but that’s it. The food is terrible tastes FAKE and like plastic. No one will smile at you like other hotels/resorts that I’ve stayed at before. They seem to hate their job although they have the most beautiful view everyday. I think I’d enjoy my workplace if I had that view everyday but that’s just me. The room was really dusty upon arrival, even after it was cleaned and prepared for our arrival. LOL smh. The ac did not work in the room. Just stay away in my opinion. Or if you do go because of the great beach access then just stay away from all inclusive I promise it is NOT worth it.

Traveled during spring break and so disappointed. Rooms were outdated and not cleaned well! At any given time they never had enough chairs for guests and were always out of clean beach towels! When you approach any of the staff they didny speak in English. We tried making reservations for dinner but only got to eat at two restaurants everything else was booked so ended up eating at the buffet. Buffet food was terrible…very little selection and no Mexican food! We had booked two rooms and in one bathroom shower head broke and toilet overflooded…second bathroom toilet didn’t work. All in all stay away…it was a complete waste of money!

Property has a great location. Food and rooms were average. Women’s public bathroom on site had issues around cleanliness and smell. Water was down for one night and power was out in our building as well. Minimal towels provided. Toilet barely flushed. Staff were pleasant though.

the food and drinks were terrible, the staff and location excellent - avoid eating and drinking here, the toilet was leaking and the air conditioner not satisfactory. service was great
