アジア人はほとんどいなかったです。
食事は値段相応に美味しかったです。
ロケーションもバス停が目の前にあり、ダウンタウンに簡単に行くことができます。
空港からはシャトルバスやタクシーの手配が必要です。

This property was average. I would not stay here again. Food was not good, it was hard or without flavor. Drinks were watered down. I got the all inclusive and was told several times that some items were not included in the all inclusive. Employees had terrible attitudes, only 1 employee was very polite and helpful, shout out to nacho who helped us book an activity and find our way around the hotel because front desk did not even do that.

I loved that we could order food to the pool. Martin was favorite waiter.
Not a lot of different restaurants. Gave us a concierge, but he only seemed interested in selling a timeshare. He was to make reservations to the dinner show for Monday. Didn't tell us the show was cancelled until I asked.
Received a $50 room credit. They wanted us to checkout using app. The $50 credit didn't make it to the bill. I had to call front desk and have them apply

Very nice and clean hotel. We were in a junior suite and were very disappointed. The balcony is not big enough to use at all and the bathroom was a letdown. Food was decent. If you are not an early bird or don't see your alarm for 5am you will not get a lounger by the pool or the beach. They have rules about how long towels can stay on the chairs but they are not enforced. Main reason we will not be back is not the hotels fault, the new rules on smoking are absurd, we won't be back to Mexico unless the strict rules on smoking change.

This was a very well maintained property. Like different all-inclusive they had few restaurants onsite. They served good while some food and a great spread too. The specialty restaurants were okay. They pools were cleaned regularly and water tested.
The sands was the highlights … clean white and very well maintained. The slope was shallow and allowed kids to play in water. The drinks were good. I would strongly recommend. And also no forcing on time share presentations

Check in was horrible. First off, this was our second time at the Sands, our 7th time to Cancun. Now back to our story. Our flight got cancelled and rescheduled twice before our trip due to weather issues. In the end we were going to arrive early to our hotel. Our four kids got up at 3 am to make our flight, it was brutal. I called ahead to the hotel and told them our situation and asked if we were able to at least get our wrist bands and eat while our room became ready since our kids were going to be so tired and we had paid for 10 days, in a 2 room all-inclusive suite. I was assured that they would take care of us. When we got there, my youngest daughter felt sick. She was not feeling well at all. The check in lady said we could not get our wrist bands since we were 40 mins early from their normal check in time and that we would have to pay for lunch. I told her that I had called ahead and was assured they would take care of us. She could not care even a little. I told her my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Again, she could care less. We told her we paid $10k for 10 days and asked if she was being serious? She could care less. It was beyond frustrating. And honestly, I will never go back for the simple reason that you do not treat your customers like they are asking for a hand out when you should be overwhelming them with great customer service. She literally made us wait 40 mins to get our wrist bands. It was horrible. We will never be back.
