We had a pretty bad experience with our stay at Wyndham Cancun.
Water was leaking in the room.
Shower planner was broken and draining yellow color water.
Overall experience is bad but the property is really good. This was an unfortunate experience.

We had an amazing days at Wyndham Grand Cancun. The amenities were amazing , food at La vista was fantastic, helpful and attentive staffs. Beach was not swimmable due to the strong wind but they have different pools and jacuzzi to choose from.

The hotel is old and even though it was recently remodeled it shows.
The beach is very pretty and has a good location, however the weakest point is the food, they have few options, the quality is low and obtaining a reservation in high season is very difficult.
The service is also poor.

Was very clean and staff was wonderful. Restaurants were good just wish they had some different breakfast choices, they all seemed to serve the same foods. Besides breakfast the food was great. There are a lot over 80 steps or ramps to get to ocean, hard on people with joint problems, wish I would have known that. Only other thing I didn't like check in because they try to sell the excursions, very pushy. Otherwise staff was great

The beds were HORRIBLE as well as the beach lounge chairs. Maids only came 2 times during our 8 days stay. The staff was really nice

Hotel overall was excellent and clean , but it is a timeshare facility, very pushy on getting the timeshare and be careful with Andres who will insult you if you don’t buy the timeshare , he insulted us

If you’re looking for a place to be in Cancun this is it! Our second straight year back and it was more memorable this time. Staff is amazing! Leo, Martin, Roger, Enrique, Martinez…wish I could remember more. Excellent hospitality for our party of 6 adults! Friends, families it has everything you need! See you in January 2025!!
