It is very cost-effective among the all-inclusive hotels in the hotel area, but the rooms may be ordinary because of their age. The supporting facilities such as swimming pool, beach and restaurant are not bad.

Resort itself and the food was excellent. All the staff with the exception of the front desk staff were super friendly and really excellent. I was surprised that the front desk staff could not speak English very well considering that the majority of the people staying there were English speaking. Our friends had to change rooms and accidentally left a phone charger in the room and it took 2 days and multiple tries to get the charger back. The gift store was outrageously expensive. Wanted $68 us dollars for a bottle of sunscreen!

We did like how this resort was small didn't have to walk far for anything to do at resort beach is small but ok, great staff was the best we ever had at resort.

Fantastic staff, excellent food and a lovely Beach area. The beach area is a bit small but served its purpose. Pool area is very nice but we made the mistake of going during spring break and it was very noisy with young people hooting and hollering. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Staff were exceptionally easy to deal with.All restaurant staff were very polite & accomodating.
Front desk manager was a bit off! She could have had a better demeanor.
Dislike the "way too loud music" in the afternoons by the pool. Had to leave & go to my room, it was so loud.
