臟、爛、差設備又舊又爛，到處都是破破爛爛的，床單也是有洞的，門不能反鎖，鎖是壞的，衹好用椅子抵着門，窗子也是爛的鎖不上，而且在二樓很不安全！水要放半天才有熱水，噴頭還把我手拉了到口子，馬桶圈挺臟的

春節期間酒店不好定，看到了該酒店但發現了這個酒店是沒有電梯的，於是打電話和工作人員溝通，因為有一位行動不便的長者，所以想要預留一間一樓的房間，和工作人員再三確認已經幫我們留好了，可是晚上到達酒店辦理入住時，卻被告知我們兩個房間都在三樓，前台告訴我們衹有這兩間房了，我再一次強調我們已經打電話和他們確認可以幫我們預留一樓的房間我才下單的，前台翻看他們交接班記錄上確實是有寫要一樓房間的備註。這時前台就開始説什麼二號樓的樓梯更不好上之類的話，反正一直沒有正面回答沒有幫我們預留房間的問題，問題一直沒有得到解決，因為我們達到酒店時間也挺晚了，我們就沒再説了，前台説可以幫我們叫保安把長者抬上去，後來來了一名年紀較大的保安，看樣子也幫不上啥忙，最終衹有我們自己的人把長者背了上去。不知道該酒店遇到其他問題時是不是也以逃避問題的方式來處理！也沒有任何補救措施！晚上熱水也是要放很久很久才有！

酒店在城中心非常好找，有很大的停車場是我的選擇，酒店設施非常老舊，超大房間，很大的衞生間、可為什麼弄那麼小的一個整體浴房？連我一個女生就110斤都要碰手，真不懂誰設計的。還有酒店沒電梯，年紀大點的不方便。

服務極差，衞生間放出來的全是混水，連續打了兩次電話給前台，説是安排保安來處理，結果等了一個多小時沒來。第三次打電話給前台，説沒法處理，直接掛斷電話。

酒店位置在市中心，走5分鐘就是集市很方便，離葫蘆小鎮開車5分鐘，都比較滿意，就是房間設施有點老化
