The room is very clean and well-equipped. The room is so big, the balcony is super large with a wide view, and wild parrots come to feed snacks, so cute. The beach is right outside, suitable for a family vacation,

The hotel room is very clean, the restaurant faces the boat pier, and the breakfast is very comfortable. Many outdoor water sports depart from the pier here, but it is far from the city center and it is very convenient to walk. Along the coast, the scenery is beautiful.

We stayed over the Christmas period and were very disappointed. My husband found toenail clipping in the bed and none of the utensils, plates, cups extra were clean, we had to wash everything prior to using it. Also the floor was very dirty like it had not been washed. We will not stay there again

We booked 5 months ahead and really looked forward to the 4-days stay. But it has been an absolute nightmare to be staying at the resort. We got a room in the first floor right at the pool. People at the pool could look right into our bedroom and the noise from the people at the pool went right into our apartment = very noisy. talked to the manager twice about us being placed at the wrong apartment, but he explained that everything was full and there was nothing to do. And we would have to understand that a luxury apartment was placed at the pool. That info was nowhere to be found before arriving and we are SO dissapointed with this place. We booked 5 months ahead to get a nice room and placement, but we got the worst room at the whole resort. Sorry to say but we will not be back another time. Dont book a luxury apartment unless you want to share it with all the people at the pool.

Only stayed for one night. Both the apartment and the public areas are tired and in need of TLC. Lots of steps to get to the apartment. Living are OK, but main bedroom short of furniture (bedside tables etc). Problem with the plumbing. Flush the toilet and the washbasin taps wouldn't work. Run the shower and it went cold when another apartment turned theirs on. Cannot comment on the staff as we never met any. Lkewise the restaurant, because it was closed

Nice little quiet accommodation about a 20 min walk into main centre but a couple of drink spots to drop into on the way. The rainbow cafe is really good for breakfast and coffee is good for a coffee snob like me. 😁

The reception, accommodation and the facilities were first class but the Rainbow Cafe was only mediocre.
