"I knew the hotel wouldn't provide slippers, but I didn't expect there wouldn't even be a toothbrush. Also, if you stay for several days, the room won't be cleaned, and amenities won't be replenished automatically. You have to go to the front desk to ask for everything yourself. The hotel breakfast is $25 per person, which you can definitely skip. For around the same price, you'd be better off going to a coffee shop in the town center for something better. Overall, the stay was decent, as long as you don't set your expectations too high."

"An absolutely objective review: Location, location, location – that’s how important it is. The location is very inconvenient, about a half-hour walk to the city center. However, there's a large supermarket about a 15-minute walk away where you can buy groceries (the room is super spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals). This place is more suitable for families, and you definitely need to choose the sea-view suite; other rooms are just average."

"Well appointed, apartment with all amenities..washer,dryer,bath,Netflix.. Was bright and homely except for the windows in the bathroom I didn't realize they were at the front of the entry/ public walkway and a lady came and spoke to me threw the window..totally inappropriate...there was also mould in the shower...bedding was clean except for a few black hairs..Im blonde🤔 ..but apart from that staff were very friendly and accommodating and would definitely stay again...."

"Have stayed there a couple times now and is excellent. Has off street parking pool and cafe which is called my rainbow Cafe and Did not miss a bit all meals we had where spot on. If you like morning or night walks the board walk is lit up all the way to Airlie Beach with cafes and restaurants near marina. All tours will also pick up from out front. Won't be staying anywhere else unless booked out."

"Spacious accommodation, fully self contained, a home away from home. Very comfy beds. Staff amazing!! Especially Asia, from housekeeping, she went above and beyond!! Walking distance to the beach, shopping centre, Bar, heaps of other eating establishments, supermarket, bottle shop. Could not rate highly enough ! This was also my second stay, this will be go to whenever I visit the Whitsundays."
