Unfortunately, unlike my previous stay (2022), I have to report a negative experience. I would have expected different management regarding the co-presence of those who have animals with them and those who don't. Despite my reservation being made well in advance (with my dogs in tow), I found myself forced to spend my only days of vacation locked in my room because a person had been placed in the room next to mine who was complaining about their presence.

Excellent stop for evenings after work, clean rooms, good dinner and very friendly staff, not fancy dinner, but you sleep with a full stomach, absolutely recommended, competitive prices, very convenient parking, and then if you have time 900 meters to get there at the sea

We stayed in this structure to unplug let's say a hit and run. Only one night with half board. As soon as we arrived I was perplexed for a moment because the structure on an external level did not excite me at first glance, but everything was repaid by the extreme kindness of all the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms even if they have quite dated furnishings. Dinner and breakfast were satisfactory... the spectacular sea a stone's throw from the residence. the location is truly strategic for spending a few days or a holiday with all the amenities nearby.

I spent three nights in this residence and basically found myself well: practical and clean rooms, quiet place and good quality/price ratio. It's a shame that, in addition to the swimming pool, there are no other opportunities for recreation and pastime and that its location does not allow for relaxing walks. It is a site that can be excellent for swimming on the various beaches around there, which however can only be reached by car. Service, however, impeccable. Roberto55

Comfortable place in its simplicity, convenient to the beautiful free beach, fantastic cuisine, friendly and very helpful staff. It is well isolated and ideal for beach life, a few kilometers away from notable tourist destinations, Capalbio ... Orbetello, Porto Ercole etc.. we will return

We stayed for 8 nights in this property in a residence formula. Me, my husband and our 20 month old daughter plus our four-legged daughter. We had a great time and that's why we decided to stay one day longer than expected. The apar**ent was spacious and clean, the bathroom was large and the kitchen was complete with everything (there were numerous pots and pans but I only recommend adding 1/2 more pans and the plug for the sink 😉) we had both a shared and a private balcony available . Modern windows with mosquito nets, fully closing and well soundproofed shutters that guarantee rest. The greenery of the garden is very well cared for, parking is always available. Both the pool area with numerous, clean and comfortable sunbeds and the very large hydromassage tub are beautiful. To reach the beach we have always used the car (in 3 minutes you arrive at the car park) but you can also reach it on foot if you don't have small children. Supermarket 10 minutes away by car both towards Chiarone scalo and towards Pescia Romana. The top sea x width beach and tranquility accessible even to those of us who can't move without our four-legged companion! Poor and old place throughout, badly furnished rooms with old furniture, insufficient bathroom for long stays, poorly placed mattresses and pillows, poorly cleaned room, truly inadequate restaurant from which we immediately fled, are we in wonderful Tuscany or not? In short, paying 180 euros a day for a B&B with not even 2 stars and with these characteristics... To be avoided, destiny in the name

Absolutely recommended. We stayed a week in a villa, with our 4-legged companion too. Friendly and helpful staff, attentive to people and their animal friends. Exceptional cuisine. The beach can be reached by car, but you are still close enough to very beautiful tourist locations to visit.

Structure excellently located near the sea. Very courteous and attentive staff. The rooms are not recently renovated but they are spacious, clean and well organised. The hotel offers many services, including bike rental, attractions, spa and swimming pool. Abundant and varied breakfast. Friendly waiters always available to guests for every need. I highly recommend this hotel.
