We enjoyed a laid back stay at this beachfront property with amazing sea views. The rooms were clean and functional and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed drinks and meals in a relaxed dining room/bar with a background of soft jazz music, beach views and the sound of the waves. Menu featured fresh fish of the day, pasta dishes and great panini.
The service was very friendly and accommodating. The owner, Aldo was on the premises daily and offered a late check at no extra charge as well as assistance booking electric golf cart transport. He and the staff were very kind and attentive.
If you enjoy a relaxed vibe, easy access to lidos or free beach and a comfortable setting to unwind, I highly recommend this place. Location can’t be beat- right across from train station. Grazie mille Aldo and staff for an great stay!

1 Restaurant is terrible please avoid Small portions Wrong bills Mistakes in order and demand paying for their mistakes Manger rude short tempered when I explained my points he Tod me DO Not Come BACK Again in front of all clients I wonder how long it will last

Check in was outstanding. We were upgraded to a sea view room without even asking. The owner moved his car so I could park mine easily. The arancinis were soooooo good. Wonderful stay in a darling sweet Italian beach village. Staff was friendly and nice. Loved our time!

We came to live music to restaurant, the bartender was very nice but said they don’t have menus and then it was a bit more expensive than we expected. The staff on the reception was rude and charged us 5€ just to leave our bags for two hours there.

Crossing off our list forever. Nothing could have been worse and we warn tourists to not book here. Dirty, smelly building and strange puddles in the downstairs and hallways in middle of summer and always noise from machinery coming from somewere even in the night. Breakfast was canceled both days, only coffee and some cakes offered. Aldo the manager was a disaster! He yells constantly and displayed fits of rage toward his staff and hotel guests. My wife did not feel safe in the hotel alone when I had to step out to make calls. We checked out 2 days early for safety reasons.

BEWARE! This man is operating a dark and deceitful business. The facility is run down and has many safety hazards. Rooms are small, dirty and smell foul. Restaurant is in violation of many health codes and the employees are treated like indentured servants. Aldo pretends to not speak English. He does. Aldo pretends that they have no connection and insists on cash which they do not provide a receipt. He gives the cash to the little man in the back who takes it off site immediately. For sure they are evading reports and taxes in their own country. Once you are checked in prepared to be ignored for the rest of your stay. You are on your own without any services and if you make any inquiry into your reservation agreement the only solution he offers is “if you don’t like it here then you can leave” and he laughs and walks away. No breakfast was provided though we paid for them in advance. No shuttle service and no parking. The best part of Scilla is how often the train comes to take you away from this god forsaken place.

The owner Aldo is deplorable. Dishonest, aggressive, threatening and apparently famous for ****gery. We did not realize he operates his business under multiple names or we would have never booked. Rooms are disgusting, dirty, inaccessible. There are no amenities or breakfast. They will email that your reservation was “cancelled” to bait you into agreeing to book directly with them at a better rate. Once you arrive there is no room available, no access by car or shuttle, and because you agreed to book directly there is no refund. Even if this had been a legitimate business, the beach is gross and so was all the food. Scilla is a sewer and Aldo is the scammer of the year!

Ospitalità cordiale e tenace. Aperto a pranzo di martedì,a gennaio, il ristorante di questo albergo è una sorpresa gradita. Di passaggio e un po' di corsa, ho potuto assaggiare solo una calamarata ai totani, preceduta da due squisite bruschettine. Però è bastato a convincermi. Profumo di finocchietto, totani tenerissimi, accoglienza premurosa. Ci rivedremo con calma!

Personale molto gentile accogliente e hanno una particolare attenzione verso il cliente. Si mangia molto bene io non ho alloggiato nell’ albergo ma ho avuto il piacere di poter mangiare lì. Ci sono anche molte scelte vegetariane. Lo stile è molto bello.
