Übernachtung im Juli 2023. Wir wollten im zweiten, billigeren Zimmer übernachten. Der Chef sagte, geht nicht, ist schon besetzt. Also im teureren Zimmer. Schönes Zimmer mit Seesicht, grossem Badezimmer, Badeterrasse mit Seezugang: alles gut. Aber: Das als besetzt ausgewiesene billiger Zimmer blieb immer leer. Barzahlung bei Betreten des Hauses. Keine Quittung. Versprochen wird ein erstklassiges Frühstück. Tatsächlich gibts Cookies in Gläsern und ebensolches Getreide, 2 Joghourts, einen ungeniessbaren Fruchtsaft in einem lärmenden 30 Euro-Campingkühschrank, der wegen dem Lärm über Nacht ausgezogen werden musste, eine Nespressomaschine mit Milchschäumer mit der dazugehörigen Milch. Am Austrittstag erscheint der Chef auf Bitte nicht, obwohl er im Haus ist. Die Raumpflegerin darf für die Klagen den Kopf herhalten. Die per SMS versprochene Quittung blieb selbstverständlich aus. Fazit: Es gibt viele andere schöne Möglichkeiten am Comersee zu übernachten, diese ist definitiv nicht empfehlensert.
