The hotel did not indicate that they are going to renovate their carpark and cause a lot of inconvenience to guest. Their bed is not clean as the blanket is full of stain.

Facilities: very ordinary, standard motel
Hygiene: very average
Environment: very ordinary, not outstanding
Service: no service

Room smelled like smoke. There were hairs on blankets and pillows. No lock a bathroom door. Water stopped for a bit around 10pm.

Room appeared to be nice but after looking around it was clear the room was not cleaned or stocked
Sheets had stains
Towels had makeup on them
Food was left in refrigerator
Bed was very uncomfortable
Parking is very limited
Would not recommend for young families. Walls are very thin and you can hear conversations of other guest rooms

No hot water in the morning. For paying almost $200 for one night that’s horrible. Couldn’t shower before leaving. Never coming back again

This is the worst experience I personally have ever had a a hotel. Not a big deal but our remote did not have batteries when we showed up. Day #2 the staff took our towels, we asked for more and did not get any until day #3, ended up having to dry ourselves with extra sheets. The walls are thin and they will rent this out to partiers. Do not stay here if you enjoy your life and want to keep enjoying it. This place will cause no sleep and the staff is basically worthless. Our neighbors night 1 were upstairs running marathons and night 2 the other neighbors had a party until 1am and then passed out with the TV on so loud that we didn't sleep all night.

Overall it was a great hotel; close to everything, staff was friendly, room was nice. The only complaint was the matters; we had a terrible night sleep because of it.
