This is our 4th time in this hotel. Its reliably clean, up to date, great breakfast and excellent value. Safe neighborhood and convenient location

Staffs are courteous. Facilities are well maintained. Breakfast is excellent healthy and nutritious.. Room is spacious and comfortable. Bed is large and supportive for a good night sleep and rejuvenation. Location is convenient to local restaurants and beach. Santa Barbara is only 17 minutes drive away. Many Michelin starred restaurants in Santa Barbara but suggest you to make early reservation. Carpinteria has a nice star beach and the sunset in the horizon is romantic and beautiful according to your mood.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the living environment is quiet, and the surrounding environment feels safe. It is relatively close to nearby attractions and restaurants in the town center.

Facilities: relatively new Health: Not bad Environment: OK Service: Cleaning is very diligent. The waiter waited for us to check out early to tidy up the room. Breakfast is an ordinary American breakfast, bread, egg pancakes, bacon, scones, oa**eal, coffee, juice, etc. The main thing that impressed me was the location, which is very close to the school I want to visit.

Very poor check-in experience. At 2:30 pm on the day of check-in, we were forced by the hotel to deduct one night's room fee even though we had not checked in yet. Call Ctrip and be warned that the room will be cancelled. There is no such thing in the booking instructions. After checking in, two more nights were deducted. And arranged a smaller half non-suite for us. In the end, all efforts were made to coordinate, and the hotel began not to admit the wrong room. Later I admitted it and said there was no price difference...I was speechless😢If I didn't have to stay here to attend my son's graduation ceremony, I would definitely change places. Strongly not recommended.

Good location, convenient parking

Staff is just great! Friendly and every time, they make you feel welcomed. Rooms are so nice and clean. Property is kept clean and very pretty.

The experience was great minus the fact that there was no soap to wash your hands. We used the body shower instead

Unfortunately the room was very noisy. The refrigerator and something else causing a buzzing noise left us disappointed in our stay.

Wonderful stay at this property. A little dated, but it was nice and clean. Free daily breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will stay here again.

When I went into my room there was still a maintenance guy in the room. Then when we pulled out the pull out couch there were still items from the last visit that someone left behind and the pull out couch was dusty .

Clean/Quality property, rooms, parking, and amenities. Outstanding location, customer service, and continental breakfast. The only complaint I may offer is that the outside doors are left open to the public until 11:00 PM. This left me feeling insecure, especially with having a room right next to the stairs...

We just needed a place to stay the night because I had a headache and didn't want to be in the car any longer. This was perfect. From ease of booking to the friendly reception. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable, and most importantly quiet.
