The hotel is towards the end of Isla Verde, there are several options for food, it’s walking distance to the beach, the pool is clean and spacious, there’s a gorgeous balcony with plenty of seating. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. Parking is limited and their huge vans take up space in front of the property.

my room #107, next to check in counter, extremely noisy day and 90% of the night hours, hard to sleep. must avoid that room next visit. location is good, market and beach are 10 minutes walking, parking free/good. too bad no kettle and microwave in room, coffee and microwave only in lobby, no breakfast.

It was a quaint hotel. Not much space and one side of the bed had to abut the wall. TV has a handful of channels. Room was clean and the staff was good. A reasonable value in San Juan.

It was an old hotel. The pool area was very pretty. There was a nice patio on the 2nd floor.
The employees were very nice.
There was a cat in the lobby that was 20 years old. We were told it was the owner! Loved it.

It was hard to find - once we did there was no elevator, carried bags up many stairs. The room was very dated, but clean. The noise all night was awful. Between planes taking off and partiers - it was loud all night. We stayed there for the proximity to the airport - but it sounded like the plane was right outside and the windows were open. Also, parking our rental was super sketchy.

Service was very good. The beds were not comfortable and the towels for the pool were extremely small. Very close to the beach and many other amenities. The hotel had a nice well maintained pool as well. Toilet also sprayed watered.
