Varanasi Hotel Boutique Aeropuerto

Very good stay

The breakfast was very good, the staff exelent, but unfortunately the room was very dirty, the blanket was nasty 😕 the bathroom,,, hair on the floor very dusty, the mirror had a traces of toothpaste.

The hotel is at 2-minute walk from the airport. 5-Stars: price, cleanliness, pool, and breakfast.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Concierge Juan, and he was absolutely incredible. Truly 10/10 service. Professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful — he made everything smooth and effortless. Thank you, Juan, for your support and for setting such a great tone from the very beginning of my stay.

Clean and comfortable room. Very quiet. Friendly staff. I had a 5am flight and just walked to the airport (~3 minute walk).

Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty), mirrors were uncleaned with toothpaste splatters, Towels were rags, one had yellow and another had red stains. Zero soundproofing and noises from people arriving past midnight echo loudly and can clearly hear plates and cutlery clanking early am. Cartagena is small and a taxi to Bocagrande is only 20 minutes with proper international chains with proper soundproofing, great hot water and pressure at the same price point. Don't repeat my mistake!

Great and convenient hotel. Close to the airport. Our room was very quiet, clean and spacious. Loved the healthy breakfast, eggs were made to order. Staff very friendly and helpful

Everything was so good, nice and clean, spacious bathroom
