The location is excellent. It is just 5 mins walk to the train station and about 10 mins walk to the Central Market. Many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff is very friendly. The room is basic but enough for a stay.

Basic amenities, firm bed. Stayed in twin room with sister. Room only has 2 towels, shower gel and hand soap. Pillows a bit flat, air conditioning takes long time to work. No fridge, no bottled water, no kettle, no bath mat and no hand towel. Adequate for 1 night only for Asians

I had a very disappointing experience at Ibis Hotel Casablanca. The customer service was extremely poor, and I found the way they handle guests’ payments to be unacceptable. They constantly charge extra for basic things like drinks, even when you have already booked and paid for several nights of stay. This felt like an unfair exploitation of guests rather than hospitality. Definitely not a place I would recommend or return to.

Simple and efficient. Great location near bus stop, one of the train stations, walking distance to mosque, Medina, amazing restaurants, and so much more! Clean and basic.
