Hotel Terme Rosaleo

Poor hotel to say the least the owner an arrogant and sour. Hospitality and courtesy you don't even know what they are Mr. Enzo. But if this continues like this, no one will come to this kind of structure. You are lost in a glass of water. We have lost a lunch but you are a customer...so much so that you don't care about new customers, you prefer those who have already been there for a lifetime like the elderly. It looked like a facility for the elderly. Stay cool if you think we come back.

I stayed at the hotel the first week of July with my husband and my 10 and 14 year old daughters. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff are unsurpassed, the hotel is in a great location and in the evening there is very fresh. Yes, you can enjoy the sunset from the beautiful terrace, which overlooks the port of Casamicciola. The kitchen is well-kept and you eat very well, with generous portions. The wellness center and the outdoor thermal pool are also valuable. I highly recommend it! Elise

Quiet and pleasant stay in this structure where we particularly appreciated the courtesy of all the staff from the dining room staff to the reception staff and the cleaning staff. Excellent cuisine, good value for money and careful cleaning of the rooms with daily change of all towels. Close enough to the sea, the center and bus stops. Some details and finishes of the structure could be improved but overall it is highly recommended.

Siamo tornati a trascorrere 15 bei giorni di relax (inizio settembre) in questa bella struttura ed aggiorno la precedente recensione. Gentilezza del personale ed attenzione agli ospiti distinguono questa struttura ospitata in una bella villa d'epoca dotata di due piscine termali, scoperta e coperta, e stabilimento per fanghi, inalazioni e vasche, convenzionato ASL. I proprietari prestano anche servizio a tavola, attenti a non farvi mancare nulla: Mario simpatico e disponibile, Enzo più burbero ma attento e preciso. La gestione familiare consente di contenere i costi e di dedicare accurata attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima cucina, varia e gustosa, ma semplice e ben digeribile. Non sono mancate le specialita' della cucina locale e napoletana. Alla reception Gaetano ed una signorina squisita pronti ad aiutarvi ed a darvi ogni supporto ed informazione anche per visitare l'isola. Scrupolosa pulizia degli ambienti e delle camere. La posizione defilata, con splendide terrazze vista mare, ma vicina al centro di Casamicciola, consente gli spostamenti anche a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici, cmq questa volta avevamo la macchina ospitata nel parcheggio interno. La struttura non ha risentito della frana verificatasi dalla parte opposta del paese, anche questo e' rimasto pienamente attivo ed accogliente. La struttura è più adatta a "diversamente giovani", talvolta accompagnati da figli e nipoti, noi siamo stati benissimo: un vero paradiso nella meravigliosa Isola di Ischia.

Hotel eccellente qualità prezzo, ben curato nell'igiene e ordine, cucina semplice e gustosa, non ripetitiva. Gestori e personale di una grande gentilezza. Piscina esterna ben curata, così dicasi per quella termale interna, con percorso Kneipp e sauna.Fangoterapia e idroterapia (convenzionata) fatta con professionalità. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane dal 27 agosto al 10 settembre 2023 meravigliose. Grazie ai titolari Mario e Enzo e a tutto il personale. Sicuramente torneremo. Michele e Rosa

Personale disponibile e sorridente. Molto simpatici. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Supermercato vicinissimo e anche fermata degli autobus
