I called the same day I booked to request a downstairs room. I was assured I’d get a downstairs room. When I checked in, I reconfirmed it was a downstairs room and they said they’d given me an upstairs room. I asked them if they could give me a downstairs room and they said they didn’t have any. The South Asian manager said very insincerely, “Sorry,” while the desk agent said nothing at all. They didn’t even offer me any discount off my booking or a voucher towards a future stay. NOT recommended.

Towel left in bathroom from previous renter. Damage to tub floor that appears to not be completely fixed yet. Door knob to bathroom falling off. Sink drains poorly (trap should be cleaned out). No Kleenex. Only 1 electrical outlet in entire room and TV uses 1 of 2. Floor was sticky "clean". 2 lamps between beds, and the left one is falling apart.

We did not get any door key; door had to be opened manually every time by a staff member. The air conditioner was broken. No hair dryer or fridge.
The bed was reasonably comfortable.

Did not receive a key to get into my room, had to have a staff member called to open the door. If I left the room, then had to wait again to access the room. Room had an old rusty radiator and a/c unit with a temp gauge that took a while to get to temp in the room. Space under the front door was too wide open to have a field next to the property. Really not up to standards for the cost of the stay.

They had a problem with all the keys. They only worked once and if you went out, you had to get a new key each time. The room was somewhat clean, but the floor was not. It soiled your socks when walking to the bathroom.

Key card machine was inoperative for the entire stay, so no key card was ever provided. This necessitated a walk to the office each time to obtain a staff member to gain entry to the room.
Upon check-in I discovered that the light fixture over the credenza desk area had no light bulb. I requested one but it was never provided.
The shower head was not properly attached to the pipe neck and leaked much of its water out the back, greatly reducing water flow out the head.
