Lovely stay ! Clean, comfortable and spacious studio apar**ent was perfect for my husband and I. The host Petar was amazing and helped us organize tours , laundry and kept our suitcases safe when we had to checkout but had no where to leave them before our flight. Really accommodating . The location is a 10 min walk from the main ***** and 2 mins away is the most secluded beautiful beach !

Residence Alpha is a wonderful seaside getaway that is only 10 minutes away from the airport and 30 minutes from Dubrovnik. Petar is a gracious host who made our stay truly memorable with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The apar**ents look out to the sea and down to the nearby port town. There is a small pool and access to a great little swimming beach. Just be aware that the apar**ents are up several flights of stairs, so be prepared to get your steps in.

We enjoyed our stay very much, however, there are a lot of stairs & the art work in the room wasn’t our favorite style, but Peter made our stay very nice

We had a wonderful family stay at this fabulous apar**ent complex offering wonderful sea views across the bay. The air condition apar**ent featured a well furnished lounge and kitchen area as well as a master bedroom and bathroom with excellent shower. We all enjoyed cooling off in the pool although we swam in the sea daily as the beach is just a five minute walk away. The host Peter was incredibly hospitable and attentive and we will certainly be back.

The apar**ent was modern and comfortable. Peter was a great host and really cares for the complex and his town. There is parking on site, it’s just a little tight but very doable. Cavtat is a great place to stay outside of Dubrovnik, really has every you would want at a ocean town.

Noise from construction right in front of the building. Were not aware this was not fully serviced flats and had not brought enough towels for beach/pool and shower or planned to shop for toiletpaper, amenities and cleaning product. Saw two snakes slithering across the path on the way to the beach. The owner was constantly hovering by the pool.

Nice residence ! Recommend to book view on the sea ! Easy to walk around (if you are willing to walk).
Peter was lovely and gave us good advice !
Cleaning was ok but not perfect.
