It was perfect, the location is very good. I booked it again.

Went here on a sunny Sunday and I couldn’t still get over how lovely this place is! West 35 is a 45 minute drive away from Cebu City. It might be far away, but surely it’s worth it! We actually stayed here for a night and it was just one of the best decision ever! The moment we arrive, all their friendly staff greeted us with smiles on their faces and even checking-in for our room was very convenient!! So here we go, we actually got the Basil-Suite Room for us which comes with a very comfy bed, a mini sala with cabled TV, an overlooking balcony of the mountains of Balamban. We were also in awe the moment we saw the bathroom! The walls were made up of transparent glass!! It was so good taking a bath with the views of the lush greeneries! We even also got an outdoor Jacuzzi and even a bonfire pit area which we enjoyed ourselves during the night over cans of beer. The experience was amazing! It was like we’re having our honeymoon during our stay. Haha. And not only that! Talking about the food? It was so good! The foods in Haven Café (West 35’s restaurant) do have wide range of menu from fresh salads, appetizers, and many foods that will surely be suitable to your liking at a very affordable price! If you were to ask me if I would consider going back here? The answer would be a big YES! Would never get enough of this place. So for someone who might be reading this right now, and is looking for a place to rejuvenate and escape from the bustling city life, West 35 Eco Mountain Resort is the place to be!!

The room is very small and the sound insulation is not good. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Overall it is not satisfactory. If you are visiting Toledo, it is also a good choice.

The hotel is along the hi-way very accessible to Ayala malls, Pier 1, Airport,Sm seaside, Robinson Galleria, Market, staff very helpful and friendly, service excellent..... restaurant classy.... I'm happy and satisfied.......

We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

I love the water dispenser idea to reduce plastic use. Can take hot, normal and cold water from the machine near my room 605. I felt so familiar when I decided to book a night here. When I went into the room I opened my email to see that I stayed once on 21 March 2019. Room is very large and comfortable although not new. The charming of the hotel and staff are still the same. Breakfast is set and simple. Restaurant is closed at 21:30pm so we had to walk outside to have dinner. Easy to find places to eat around the hotel. Near 2 Robinson malls at the roundabout and near a convenience store. Deposit 1,000 Peso. 7th floor has very high walls around so views are blocked. If they renovate, hope that they would make glass fences instead.

The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.

I always check in this hotel everytime I have to pass by cebu for travel lay over, thus is my second favorite to Bayfront, clean big bed comfortable blanket and pillows wide hall way and refrigerator although my disappointment this time is that they remove the kittle in the room for a hot water for coffee drinker and tea. As of now they just installed a water despenser at the end of the hallway of which is very discomfort to walk a long hallway just to get a hot water. I wish they have one available to borrow or rent in the room service as not all costumer want to drink coffee in the morning. This hotel is considered 4 star although I dont understand why they just remove the kittle in every room. they have a breakfast that is 600 pesos per head it is good quality and excellent selection for asian, european and american food. were actually coming back this coming may together with my sister and inlaw I would probably going to somewhere else instead. Bath room is quite smaller than other room as they devided in 3 parts shower, sink and toilet, they have very strong water supply and hot water is unlimited.
