I didn't even bother staying in the room. As soon as you pull up to the place it looks so neglected and almost abandoned. I checked in and went up to the room and it was dark and smelled like an old ashtray. The bathroom was disgusting. I've seen porta-potties nicer than this. I came with my kids and their mom for parents weekend at UDel. I didn't even bother having them come out of the car. I drove across the street to the Red Roof Inn and booked a room.

This was one of the worst hotels we have every experienced. This is a very old, run down facility and looks it inside and out. We arrived late at night. The room was dingy, dirty, as was the bathtub. There were ants on the floor as well. Traveler Beware: This hotel charges and additional $73 in "Tax Recovery Charges & Service Fees", essentially adding half again the amount charged from the advertised amount. Bait & switch.. Highly Not Recommended.

I would not recommend property surprise the property is listed on Orbitz. Room smelled like mildew, over grown weeds, no pool, paint pilling, dusty dirty drapery, carpet smelled.

I stayed in this horrendous hotel in October 2021. Watch my video!! Stay away! This place is a health hazard! - Bugs! Mold! Bodily fluids on the walls and bedding! - No phone in room! - Stained sheets, blankets and mattress with cigarette Burns! In a non smoking room! - Room smells of cigarettes and mold! Choice hotels does not care!

Spooky stairs. Terrible cable-- only a few stations. Used soap, used cup, other dirt and evidence of previous occupants. Saw 2 roaches. Useless neighborhood. Friendly's, Boston Market and IHOP were all nearby but closed. You can do much better for the same money.

Do not go by the photographs, the propriety looks structurally damaged, weeds growing that they don’t care about, pool filled in with cement, holes in the walls, and worst bed bugs, customer service doesn’t answer phone but standing behind counter with nobody to be serviced, will never ever recommend, so bad it should be removed from *******

I arrived late, Room 106 was awful throughout, in daylight, I could see how rundown the property is outside. The pool cemented in. The only positive memory is Harry at reception who was most friendly and helpful.
