We were struggling to find a hotel that would suit our needs. We were flustered, fed up and tired. From the second we walked in April at the front desk greeted us so friendly, and helped us with the whole process! There was no reason for her to be so friendly but she’s the reason we decided to stay tonight. She made us feel so welcome and even when we came back down for snacks she was suggestive and just as friendly. I’m confused as to why she isn’t running the place lol this is a very nice hotel to stay in, they’re usually booked but we got lucky. Thank you guys!

When staying at a Days Inn I do not expect allot of extra's but the rooms were clean, well maintained, and the staff was very nice. Enjoyed the short stay and would consider staying here again if we ever came back to this area.

I booked the king suite. I notice as soon as I walked in the TV in the main room didn’t work. I notified the front desk. I declined the help she offered. I just didn’t want to be charged for something that was broken already. The room was very clean. Throughout the nights the hotel was quiet, I was on the 2nd floor & there were a few times that I was disturbed by the heavy footed person above me. I went to smoke a cigarette in the middle of the night & was locked out, turns out key cards will NOT open side entry doors ever. In the morning I went down for breakfast & was surprised that the lady serving the food even worked for Holiday Inn. This lady had to be one of the rudest ladies I have ever had serve me breakfast. She seemed VERY aggressive slopping the food onto trays, very snappy, saying “what else!?” I asked for an oj then asked for another juice & she wasn’t to pleased with having to turn back around & grab another drink. I won’t be returning for the breakfast in the morning only because I don’t want to be in the presence of someone so aggravated first thing in the morning.

The Hotel was beautiful, great location and the staff were wonderful! Very friendly, accommodating and we will definitely be returning for future stays ..they are working on the pool ,painting and resurfacing it and making it indoor ..will be amazing when finished .The restaurant down stairs was amazing!

We were on a road trip and stayed at the Alice hotel for one night! I wish we had programmed to stay longer! The hotel room was beautiful! Very spacious and very comfortable!! All staff members were awesome and very accommodating. The only thing I think could improve is the breakfast. Selection was a bear minimum.
