Really enjoy my stay and trip in Jakarta. Easy walking distance from hotel to street food and shops.

The hotel layout was nice , but the area of it at night was the worst and dangerous It's a nearby mosque and looks /sounds like not just one. my 6 days 5 night was sleepless with all the praying and sounds around Me, NVR knew the barriers of the sounds prove was so bad. Toilet without hose too. Was hard for me to bath and wash , overall would say will not really go for this hotel again . Crew was nice but things was settle for the seek to settle and not settle well , WiFi cut out shortly too which it's like need to keep loging in and out and only 2-3 device connected.

The hotel overall looks nice and staff is really friendly but they have to work on their cleaning Dirty towels like really dirty ,and stains all over bedsheets

I had made 2 bookings for this hotel But was charged for 3 booking as there was a glict in the booking system. And when I realise at the hotel lobby I contactef trip.com they told me there will get back to me but till date I have not gotten any reply.Disspointed

The rooms are very nice and aesthetic, there are lots of mirrors, the facilities are also quite good for a three star hotel class, the air conditioning is also cold. The reception staff are very friendly and patient in explaining, the restaurant here is also good and the food is delicious and quite plentiful, The staff is also friendly. However, the service is still a bit lacking. I asked for a change of towel because there were spots on the towel at 07.00 but it wasn't delivered until almost 08.00, in my opinion this took quite a long time, and when the new towel was delivered it was the same. There are still quite obvious stains, please improve the service, for room cleanliness also please pay more attention to the corners and maybe the under bed can also be re-projected because it is very dirty, everything else is fine. I happen to be a hotelier too, Greetings Hotelier🙏 Note: -Please pay attention to the pillow case because there are spots -For towels, please also check because there are spots too - Please also check the corners of the room, especially under the bed and above the hanger because I found items that were not worn

I stayed for one night without meals, but the room was clean and well-equipped. Although it was close to the center of town and there was a lot of traffic, the room was quiet and I was able to sleep well. I would like to book this hotel again next time.

really like its very strategic location everywhere. Lots of culinary delights and close to the hotel, all staff service is very friendly. I ordered a deluxe type room with breakfast, even though there was no view from the room, it was still okay because it was paid for by internet TV, breakfast with a pretty good menu and a very beautiful 7th floor rooftop hehe. Just a suggestion for hotel amenities and slippers, please pay attention again, they are equipped without having to ask the housekeeper first, for the price it's okay hehe. thanks :)

This hotel is on the street, and only the street side has windows, usually x18 or x19, suites. But the sound insulation is very poor, and there are always motorcycles passing by on the street. From four to five in the morning, people in the village next door will sing, but they won't sing for long. Other rooms without windows are completely interior windows, which will be depressing but very quiet. Other aspects, such as breakfast, service attitude, interior decoration, etc. are all good. The restaurant is on the sixth floor, and there is MESSAGE on the seventh floor. The surrounding supermarkets do not sell alcohol, but the restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel does, and a small bottle of beer is Rap 65.000.
