With price is affordable. Everything is perform and okay. The staff is kindly. The hotel also have the great pool. I will repeat again here if come to Jakarta

Strategically located close to the city in the Kemayoran area. The food was decent, and the heated pool was fantastic! The service was also friendly. The room was okay for the price.

Good location, good breakfast, but the most I like is they have an indoor swimming pool.

Strategy location, near to exhibition, convenient to find food as nearby hotel got restaurant and convenient store.

I was disappointed because when I was bringing breakfast up, the female staff at the restaurant said it was okay, but then I was told I couldn't bring food up in the elevator. I had already asked for permission and explained that my child has special needs, so it's difficult for me to eat breakfast in the restaurant. I hope the hotel will be more understanding in the future.

The room didn't come with a hairdryer or tissue box, which had to be purchased separately. The bathroom towels and bath towels were a bit old, with some towels looking faded and discolored. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The pool is clean and the water is warm...so nice! The service is also good and the food is delicious.

Grand G7 is among the best hotel in Jakarta and I’ll recommend it to anyone I know and even people I don’t know, because grand g7 service is supper.

If it's full, parking can be a bit difficult. Even though they have valet parking, when it's busy, the cars are parked very close together and you have to leave your car keys. There's also plenty of parking available in front of the hotel. For the nightly rate, it's still very much worth it; not too expensive and breakfast is included. The nearest mall is K MALL.

There were ants. No bidet in the bathroom.
