Relatively excellent, but it's a shame there's no luggage service – you have to do it yourself. Also, there's no bidet in the bathroom.

Staying here included free breakfast. Upon check-in, I found out there were options for 2 meals and 1 clothing item according to the package chosen. The breakfast menu was also quite diverse. Unfortunately, the room with the Monas view now has its view obstructed by a building, which was a bit disappointing. Everything else was pretty good.

Although it's far from the station and downtown, there are restaurants nearby. The staff were very kind and left a great impression. The room facilities and spaciousness were sufficient, and I was especially satisfied with the wide variety of breakfast options.

Very satisfied with this hotel. The room was spacious with a city view. The only minor issue was that the toilet didn't have a bidet hose, but everything else was great. The breakfast selection was extensive; we spent over an hour trying out different dishes.

The hotel is located in the HXC building, with a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, offering great convenience. The room was clean and comfortable, though the towels were a bit old. The TV couldn't stream digital content, but they provided eco-friendly water bottles for drinking water. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast selection is quite varied and generally good. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Complete facilities, strategic hotel location, wide variety for breakfast, and very easy check-in. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. Overall, it's excellent. If I come to Jakarta again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied, even though some facilities might be a bit old and not working perfectly. However, the environment is good, and the hotel is located inside a mall on the seventh floor, which makes getting around very convenient. The staff are all quite friendly.
